Before the demands of today begin to gather around us, let’s pause together and begin where every strong day truly begins—with Jesus. The Lord does not ask us to carry today’s responsibilities by ourselves. He invites us to remain close to Him. His strength becomes our strength, His wisdom becomes our guide and His presence becomes our confidence. Before we step into this new day, let’s first remain in the One who faithfully remains with us. Scripture (NIV) “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5 Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to be our Saviour, our Shepherd and our constant companion. As this new day begins, help us to remain close to Him in every thought, every conversation and every decision. Keep our hearts connected to His love and our minds attentive to His voice. When we feel weak, remind us that His strength is sufficient. When we feel uncertain, remind us that His wisdom never fails. May the Holy Spirit help us reflect the character of Jesus wherever we go today, so that our lives bear fruit that brings honour to Your name and blessing to those around us. Fear will not win, because when we remain in Jesus, His strength faithfully carries us through each new day. May the Lord draw you closer to Jesus today, strengthen your heart with His presence and fill your life with the lasting fruit that comes from walking with Him.
