JOHN BORMAN; West Point US Military Academy Exec Officer, Dept of Phys Ed; Boxing Instructor; CEO Warrior-Leader; Cohost Michael Turner John Borman has spent the past four years serving as a boxing instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He has worked in the Department of Physical Education to help the cadets develop character throughout the physical program. John has also served as the officer in charge and assist coach for the boxing team. He recently earned his doctorate in education with a focus in diversity and inclusion from the University of South Carolina. John is in the process of transitioning out of the military and will be retiring in early 2022 after nearly 24 years of distinguished military service. He is looking forward to pursuing his passion for educating, training, and inspiring others after his military career ends. John is also a founding member and CEO of Warrior-Leader, a professional training and coaching company. He is also working on writing two books from his experiences at West Point as well as lessons learned throughout his career.
