John Cobb; From Success to Sonship
from Kingdom Keys for Business, Life & Work Hosted by Gea Gort & Bill Job
In this podcast, Gea and Bill speak with John Cobb, who is the founder of an engineering software company serving U.S. auto dealerships. Passionate about cars and technology, he describes himself as a “visionary Christian technology entrepreneur.” John shares how worldly success had left him empty. He transitioned from a 'religious' Christian to a follower of Christ and how that affects his daily working life. He emphasizes “functionally abiding” in the Lord—inviting God into daily operations, praying with his team, and valuing people over profit. This shift, both the hosts and John agree, is a lifelong process of transformation through Christ. Briefly, John reflects on his participation in the training Kingdom Mindsets for Business, as he joined one of the cohorts Gea and Bill are leading.
