Airplane crash. 22 year old Jerry Lee Lewis, scorned for singing the Devil's praise with Great Balls of Fire, CANCELLED in sex scandal. Sam Cooke. Singer, songwriter, record producer, arranger, music publisher, record label owner and soon to be casino owner. Shot dead under extremely suspicious circumstances involving two individuals with previous links to crime. Most suspicious of all?
