John Maher & Pete Peters - Exploring Faith

    Today's guest is Travis Scott Brown was born and raised Arizona. He attended Trevor Brown HS and graduated 1991. After graduating he joined the military where he spent five years in the Marines. He worked at Costco for eight years until a tragic accident changed and altered his plans for his life to a "PLAN" that God had for his life on February 14th, 2009. He has run three half marathons and a full marathon until being called to start a new ministry revolved around running called RUN TRAV RUN. Since starting this ministry in April 2011 he has run five half marathons including; San Diego, Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and one 10K. Plans for the rest of the year include; Run for Rescue in Surprise, AZ. Saturday Nov. 19th. A 10K race to raise awareness against human trafficking and to round out the year 2011 he will run a half marathon in Tucson Dec. 11th which will be his 7th for the year and 6th for Run Trav Run. Run Trav Run will continue in 2012 & beyond bringing Gods word and sharing the amazing story God has given him.
