He's written hundreds of articles covering everything from business and marketing to fitness and self-development, and is the author of the New York Times bestseller, Engineering the Alpha (HarperOne 2013). In 2015, Romaniello founded Wellspring Media, a consulting company focused on helping increase income and influence through effective branding and storytelling.
