I have titled this session “Johnuary _ 1” because this month, I am going to focus on John. I intend to focus not only on the Apostle John and his gospel, but John who is called the baptizer.  The gospel of John begins with these famous words, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were mad through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” In this session, I begin here and expound on the intrinsic meanings of these sentences. I illustrate how they shaped the past, how they do shape now and how they will shape the future of the corporate church as well as the individual.Along the way, I discuss John who is called the baptizer and the implications of  his presence in the first chapter of the book of John. I intend to have a one-month series – producing one session per week, but that is ultimately up to the moving of the Holy Spirit. Please consider joining me for this “Johnuary” journey.
