Today on my show. I have Dr. Henderson, a Board-Certified Endocrinologist who once ran the Thyroid programs at Duke and Wake Forest, but then moved to Charleston where she opened her own practice called the Charleston Thyroid Center in Mount Pleasant. Dr. Henderson combines her knowledge of conventional medicine as well as Integrative medicine. Her practice focuses on thyroid disease, such as Hashimoto, Graves' disease, Thyroid Cancer and Thyroid nodules. Dr. Henderson takes a holistic approach and helps her patients get to the root cause of their symptoms. Her practice has healed and helped many people across South Carolina as well as other states. Dr. Henderson also wrote a book about Hashimoto's called "What you must know about Hashimoto's disease which can be bought at her practice or on Amazon.
