Jonathan has over 30 years of experience as an owner/operator and lender in the multifamily and senior housing industry. He serves as Chief Compliance Officer and oversees investor relations at MONTICELLOAM. Jonathan also leads the firm's seniors housing advisory services and workout group. He serves as the Vice President of the Grateful Americans Charity, a non-profit organization that provides resources aimed at ending Veteran homelessness and combating post-traumatic stress disorder. Jonathan discusses his leadership journey, learning from great leaders, leading by doing, and the value of having others as a sounding board and a gut check.
