Today’s guest on the show is Jonathan Morgan. At 33 years old, Jonathan is a Partner and Director of Sales, Lettings & Financial Services at Peter Morgan Estates - A successful property business in South Wales that’s now been operating for over forty years. Jonathan walked into the family businesses at 16 and has been there ever since. When the UK property recession hit in 2008, despite still not knowing in which direction he wanted to take his career, he decided to stay on with the business and do whatever he could to help it weather a nationwide storm and come out of the other end stronger. He quickly progressed through the ranks, managing his first office at the age of 22 and also has some serious achievements under his belt along the way including being a finalist for the 35 under 35 for Wales Online and being shortlisted as a “Manager Of The Year” at the prestigious “ESTAS” industry awards. He became a father at 30 and that same year, decided to climb Kilimanjaro and in 2021 cycled from John O Groats to Land’s End – a total of 860 miles - to campaign and fundraise for men's health. He’s a top mentor to other business owners through the industry foundation Agents Together and as if that wasn’t already enough, he’s also successful property investor...
