Joseph Polanin: Decide, Commit, Act

Joseph Polanin came on for a special edition on Veterans Day to honor all those that have served, currently serve and their families because they are truly the heroes that afford us the freedoms we have today and continue to enjoy. He believes in the framework to Decide, to Commit, and to Act. We have to think about what we want to to do and make a decision, once you make the decision now you have to commit 100% of your best effort towards that decision, and then you have to take intentional action that is aligned with what you want to achieve. Joe said, "when we do that...we let go of the things that are not important."
