Yet before fear finds a place in your heart, God speaks words that have encouraged His people for generations. His command is not simply to be courageous—it is to remember that He is with you wherever you go. His presence is your confidence, His faithfulness your security and His promises your firm foundation. Joshua 1:9 (NIV) “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Heavenly Father, thank You that we never face today alone. Lord Jesus, help us to stand with quiet courage, knowing that Your presence goes before us into every meeting, every conversation and every decision. Holy Spirit, strengthen those who feel overwhelmed, encourage those who are discouraged and remind every listener that they are safely held in Your loving care. Give us wisdom to choose what is right, grace to speak with kindness and faith to trust You when the path ahead is not yet clear. Let Your peace steady our hearts and Your Word shape our thinking, so that everything we do today reflects Your goodness and Your love. Today we declare that fear will not win, because the Lord walks beside us. We choose courage over fear, faith over doubt and confidence over discouragement, knowing that God remains faithful in every circumstance.
