Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. Some mornings begin with excitement. Others begin with responsibility. There may already be conversations to have, decisions to make or situations that seem beyond your strength. Before the pace of this day gathers momentum, allow your heart to rest in one unchanging truth: the Lord has not asked you to face today on your own. His presence goes with you into every moment you have not yet lived.  Joshua 1:9 (NIV) “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” These words are more than encouragement; they are God’s promise. Courage is not pretending that fear does not exist. Courage is choosing to trust the God who remains beside us when life feels uncertain. Today, we take our next step with confidence, not because we know every answer, but because the Lord faithfully walks with us. So let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ is our faithful companion, our constant strength and our living hope. Father, thank You for welcoming us into another new day. Thank You that Your presence never grows distant, Your wisdom never runs dry and Your mercy is always ready to meet us where we are. Lord Jesus, bless every listener today. Bring healing to those who are suffering, courage to those facing difficult conversations, wisdom to those making important decisions and fresh confidence to every heart that feels hesitant. Teach us to walk by faith, honour You in our choices and reflect Your kindness wherever we go. Holy Spirit, breathe fresh confidence into our hearts, sharpen our spiritual vision and help us recognise the quiet opportunities You place before us today. Across the world, from Perth to Christchurch, from Singapore to Dallas and Santiago, may every listener step into this day knowing they are accompanied by the faithful presence of God.
