Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” There are mornings when the day ahead already feels demanding before it has properly begun. Responsibilities are waiting. Decisions need to be made. Challenges remain unresolved. Sometimes people wake up carrying concerns about family, finances, health, work, or situations they cannot control. Many people are carrying those thoughts today. Joshua stood at the edge of an uncertain future. The path ahead was not fully visible, and the responsibility upon his shoulders was significant. Yet God’s encouragement was not based on Joshua’s ability. It was based on God’s presence. Again and again, the Lord reminded him that he would not walk forward alone. That same promise still brings strength today. Courage does not mean the absence of fear. Courage is moving forward while trusting that God is with us. The Lord already stands in the moments we have not yet reached. He sees the conversations, the decisions, and the challenges ahead. His presence goes before us. Father, thank You for the gift of this new day. Thank You that whatever lies ahead, I do not face it alone. Jesus, help me walk with courage today. When uncertainty appears, remind me of Your faithfulness. When fear tries to take hold, help me remember that Your presence remains constant. Give me wisdom for every decision and strength for every challenge. Holy Spirit, fill my heart with confidence and peace. Replace anxiety with trust and discouragement with hope. Help me recognise that God’s hand is guiding me even when the path ahead is not fully clear. Across the world, from Dallas to Lagos, from São Paulo to Auckland and London, may anxious hearts receive courage, weary minds discover fresh strength, and every listener experience the assurance that God walks beside them today.
