Joy is Moving the Needle with Andrew Schmidt

This week on our Contractor Summer Series, Jim sets down with Andrew Miller to discuss how he went from a life in theatre to co-founding one of the premiere roofing companies in Colorado,  CORE roofing.  Andrew  discusses how CORE roofing came to be and highlights the importance of finding your business's mission statement and aligning to it from the start.  Jim and Andrew also define some important leadership roles and stresses how crucial knowing your roles will lead to success even in times of uncertainty. He recalls his own companies trials with covid-19  and the changing weather pattern in Colorado.
