On this week's Today with Adrianne Murphy, The Irish Heart Foundation supports people in Ireland with heart disease or who have suffered stroke, they also try to raise awareness of how to prevent both. JT Treanor is a member of the Health Promotion Team with the Irish Heart Foundation and Adrianne spoke to him to discuss how to look after your heart, the supports available, and the various events they have planned this Autumn.
