Judgment in Mogotsi's bail application to be delivered on 4 June

Judgment has been reserved in the bail application of alleged political fixer and North West businessman Brown Mogotsi to next week Thursday, 4th June. Mogotsi appeared before the Johannesburg Magistrates Court for continuation of his bail application. The case was postponed earlier this week for the investigators to once again verify his residential address in Mahikeng, North West. Mogotsi was arrested about two weeks ago on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating the ends of justice and perjury for allegedly staging a hit on his life in November last year.
