Judicial Branch

Today we will be talking about the judicial branch of the United States government: the courts. We will discuss the different types of courts, types of jurisdiction, the case Marbury v. Madison, how the Supreme Court decides to hear cases, and more. Starting next episode, we'll be talking about different Supreme Court decisions.
