It's July 1980 and the world looks to Moscow. Well, some of the world looks to Moscow because 66 countries chose to boycott that year's Olympic Games, but the ones who do turn up are treated to an obscene gesture by a Polish althlete, a cartoon with a somewhat confusing message and a genuinely moving closing ceremony.
