July 3 – Day 184. Pray for a pure heart

Send us Fan MailWelcome to another episode of the EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our scripture will be taken from Matthew 5:7-8, and it reads: “Blessed is the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed is the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” The Lord wants us to pray without losing hope and to embody a spirit of understanding and forgiveness that can purify our hearts. He is compassionate and will bless everyone who shows mercy and compassion to others, so we can receive the same kindness in return. As we pray, let us do so with sincerity and integrity, for the Lord wants us to experience a deeper connection with him and to see visions of what is to come.Support the show
