Send us Fan MailWelcome to another episode of the EBC’s Prayer Podcast. As mentioned earlier, our prayers throughout the year will be taken from the 66 books of the Bible. We began in the book of Genesis and will conclude in the book of Revelation. Today, we are diving into the book of Micah. Our scripture will be taken from Micah 7:7-8, which reads: “Therefore, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me. Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; when I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.” The Lord doesn’t want us to stop praying. Let us pray for hope and endurance, for the Lord is listening and hearing our cries for help. He wants us to place our trust in him, looking unto Him with hope and expectation. For God will bring us salvation when our prayers are heard. We will rise again. In times when darkness surrounds us and despair tries to take hold, it is the Lord who will illuminate our path and guide us toward healing and strength.Support the show
