Jun 28 - Day 179. The Lord is our God.

Our scripture will be taken from Zechariah 13:9, and it reads: “I will bring the third part through the fire, will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.” The Lord is our God. He promises to guide us through the trials of fire; He will purify us just as silver is purified and test us with the same accuracy as gold is tested. In our moments of need, we can call upon him, and he will respond with open ears and a compassionate heart. As we pray, let us remember that we are his people, and we need to acknowledge him.
