There will be an additional prescription rebate check, along with additional revenues from stop/loss insurance coverage, that will further help cover the additional costs for the claims in excess of stop/loss coverage. As of April 2026, expenditures in the fund exceeded revenues $2,040,435.58.2. Request consideration of approval to increase the Fire District Special Revenue Fund budget by $7,850 to cover higher North Carolina Vehicle Tax System (NCVTS) collection fees resulting from motor vehicle tax collections exceeding FY 2026 original budget estimates. Contract will provide Surveying, Engineering Design, Bid Management, Construction Management, Record Drawings and Final Certification for the Rockingham County Elevated Storage Tank project to be designed and constructed in the vicinity of US 220 and NC 704 in Support of the delivery of the County's available water supply of 2.0 MGD as outlined in the Interlocal Water agreement with its regional partners.9.
