Reminds me of Texas in 1948 when Lyndon Baines Johnson beat a far more popular candidate in the Democrat primary by the exact same method California used. On election night, Democrats looked at the vote tally, determined how many fake votes were needed. They had 10 days before they had to report to the state. The Democrats turned in just enough fake votes to give a win to Johnson. Technology was different then, but Democrat corruption was the same.
