Dale describes its approach with a memorable phrase: “seminary in a suitcase.” Rather than requiring pastors to leave their communities for extended theological education, teachers travel to them, equip local leaders, and send those leaders back to disciple their own churches and communities.For Dale and his team, the upcoming assignment is the doctrine of the Holy Spirit, with multiple teaching sessions each evening over five days.
