Just Don’t Touch Me; Conversations on Motherhood with Kate Reynolds

In this episode, I'm sharing a recent interview I did with my dear friend Kate Reynolds, a registered nurse and fellow podcast host (High Tea with Lady V) who’s refreshingly honest when it comes to women’s health. We talk about everything, from being touched out in motherhood, to how we've been conditioned from a very young age to be people pleasers, and how that shows up in our sexuality through every stage of life, from girlhood to motherhood, and even into perimenopause.   Kate and I talk openly about the incredible power of female sexuality and reflect on some of the life-changing insights from Emily Nagoski’s work and some of the latest sexuality research. We chat about all different kinds of orgasms and how healing it can be to fully reconnect with our bodies.   We also explore how ancient practices like Tantra and Taoism can give women a practical pathway to understanding their sexuality far beyond anything learned from sex ed in high school, as well as guiding us back to our pleasure, our self-worth, and our sense of wholeness.
