Just Hit Record Ep.151

🎙️ Spotify Episode Description Just Hit Record: 150 Episodes Later For the first time ever on Drive Time with Matt, I have a guest riding along with me! Beth Nelson is a friend from church, a mom of three, and someone who has been thinking about starting her own podcast. So she came prepared with questions—and I decided to turn those questions into an episode! How did I come up with Drive Time with Matt? Did I know what I was doing when I started? What was I afraid of? What’s the easiest part of podcasting—and what’s the hardest? How do you deal with negative comments? And after more than 150 episodes, where do I see this going? But this conversation becomes about much more than podcasting. It’s about starting before you’re ready, overcoming the fear of what people might think, learning from your mistakes, and realizing you don’t have to have everything figured out before you take the first step. Beth and I also talk about what it takes to actually get started, the reality of balancing a creative project with everyday life, and why sometimes the best advice is simply: Just hit record. If you’ve ever had something you’ve wanted to try but kept putting it off because you weren’t sure you were ready, this episode is for you. 🎧 Thanks for riding along! #DriveTimeWithMatt #JustHitRecord #Podcasting #StartingSomethingNew #LifeLessons #Motivation #FirstGuest #PodcastJourney #DontWait #KeepGoing
