K2C 45 – Authority of the Believer: Knowing Who You Are in Christ

One of the most important things a Christian can understand is who they are in Christ. Many believers struggle with doubt, insecurity, or a sense of spiritual powerlessness. Yet Scripture teaches that followers of Jesus have been given authority through Him to participate in God's work on the earth. In this episode, Tracy explores the biblical concept of the believer's authority and why understanding our identity in Christ is essential for living a victorious Christian life. Jesus modeled the life He intended His disciples to live—walking in obedience to the Father, ministering to others, and demonstrating the power of God. As redeemed people, we are invited to join Christ in the mission He began. But the enemy works tirelessly to undermine that mission by attacking our identity, filling believers with shame, doubt, and unbelief. When Christians discover who they truly are in Christ and begin to trust the authority Jesus has given them, the kingdom of darkness loses one of its greatest advantages. Understanding our identity in Christ is not about pride or personal power—it is about stepping into the calling and mission God has entrusted to His people.
