Hallo lieve mensen!   Welkom bij de Kaapse Podcast!  In de vierde Kaapse podcast gaat Lorenzo Elstak in gesprek met Wiland Toelen onze eigen grote Horecaeigenaar!  Wiland begon zijn horecacarrière als glazenophaler bij Nighttown. In 2010 opende hij Deli Bird op Katendrecht. In 2015 opende Toelen een paar deuren verder Café de Ouwehoer.  Maar Wiland gaat door, hij wilt zijn afhaallocatie uitbreiden naar een project op Katendrecht genaamd de Groene Kaap. Hier wil hij een soort duurzame fastfood Thai van maken. Denk aan een zelfservice á la McDonald’s, met zo min mogelijk voedselverspilling en een Aziatische cocktailbar met bubble tea. “Oh, en er zitten nog meer ideeën in zijn koker. Dat refereert weer terug naar Nighttown, een plek met een podium, muziek en waar je kunt dansen. Wat dat allemaal gaat worden dat gaan jullie nog zien.”     Abonneer op het kanaal van st.
