Kari Warberg Block, is the Founder and CEO (Chief Ecology Officer) of EarthKind®Inc. - a USA -based pest control developer, designer and bio-manufacturing pioneer. The daughter of an entomologist and wife of a farmer, Kari had an “A-HA” moment when she realized there was a need in the pest control industry that didn’t use kill methods or dangerous poisons. She was the first to develop, manufacture and commercialize natural, non-toxic, botanical pet and people friendly rodent and insect repellents for home use. Her products are sold in 35,000 stores across the US, such as Lowe’s, John Deere and ACE Hardware. Kari has gone from being a part of her local homemaker’s club to a leading expert on pest prevention and women entrepreneurs.
