Karl Elliott, my journey from having a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol to now being an Alcohol Free coach and mentor.
from Dream Catcher - The Podcast! · host Mark Rudd Larsen
My name is Karl Elliott I’m an alcohol free coach and mentor. For nearly 20 years I was an heavy drinker, every night drinking in excess of 10 pints of lager. I was unable to hold down a relationship, was a part time dad, worked hard everyday but never had any money. Lived at my parents and never saw that would ever change. Plus I was always numbing these demons in my head of self doubt and sabotage. I was leading a destructive life for myself. Then from 2013-2016 I just pressed the self destruct button, drinking rose to nearly 15 pints a night and I felt like giving up.Then in 2016 I came across a PDF eBook online from a guy called Andy Ramage. He’d changed his life around and it was all because he gave up alcohol for a year. I wanted that it spoke to me so I contacted him. I’m now 8 years sober with 3 year old twin girls, married to my gorgeous wife Claire. Most of all I’m living my best life and all this only happened to me since I quit the alcohol. If you want to get coached and mentored by me or my wife to take a break from alcohol or to quit, then Instagram: karlelliottcoach or Email: [email protected]
