I am a Research Fellow with the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice (in the Business School). My expertise is in gender within organisational structures, and I work on GEARING-Roles. This is a 4-year, EU-funded project of 10 European academic and non-academic partners. We are designing, implementing and evaluating 6 Gender Equality Plans with the firm objective of challenging and transforming gender roles and identities and work towards real institutional change.
