Kathleen P. Federico is senior vice president, chief people, brand, and communications officer at MITRE. She also held a dual role of senior vice president of sales and HR at World Travel Holdings, the world's largest cruise agency. Federico serves on the board of directors of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, the executive committee of the Massachusetts Business Round Table, and the Edinburg Center Board of Directors.
