Welcome to the Lovecars On The Grid podcast, where our hosts, Tiff Needell and Paul Woodman bring us a roundup of motorsport events from the past week!   We kick off this week with paying our respects to the late Ken Block, and Australian drag race star, Sam Fenech.   We have fresh Formula 1 gossip. With rumours that Cadillac are looking to enter a new team at some point in the future, with other teams not wanting any new entrants to the sport.    George Russell has also commented that the F1 cars are getting too heavy, with cars now weighing up to 900KG, versus older F1 cars weighing 650KG.    Paul is off to the Dakar rally, where we will be presenting our podcast live from the desert!   Next week, we see the new, Gen.3 Formula E cars in New Mexico, with new tyre sponsor, Hankook. We're hoping to get some females in motorsport onto the channel too!
