Kennedy v. Braidwood

from Queer PoliFaith · host Mychel D Vandover

Welcome to today's episode of Queer PoliFaith. Today we are talking about the case Kennedy v. Braidwood. We will also be looking at Gutierrez v. Saenz and Hewitt v. US. Kennedy v. Braidwood is another attack on the ACA, this time via the preventative services mandate. I don't spend as much time on the case itself as I normally do because the issues at play are ones we've seen before. Instead, I spend time analyzing the impact that getting rid of this mandate would have via my own personal experiences. Our next episode will be on November 20 and will be about the case Medina v. Planned Parenthood. After that, the last episode of the season will come out on December 11th and will be my interview with Billie and Paul about bulllshit.
