Keys To ABUNDANCE

In this week’s episode, I am joined by Lauren Guerrieri, who is the founder and CEO of House of Lo, a company dedicated to creating safe spaces for women to activate abundance and not just in the monetary sense. Lauren comes to speak to us today about what she describes as her “Keys to Abundance.” We discuss the tremendous importance of self-love and how it impacts every aspect of our lives. She also share’s with us the influence that expressing ourselves through journaling can have as well as allowing ourselves to be seen through the eyes of those who love us.
