And there’s a difference! We talk about the power of kindness—how it can dissolve anxiety, calm your nervous system, and soften even your hardest days. I also share some stories from around the house, how decorating brings me joy, and how I accidentally created a beautiful mess while doing it. You’ll even hear about a moment at Walmart that lit up my day with childlike joy.Let this episode remind you to be gentle with yourself, speak kindly to that beautiful brain of yours, and know that you were designed for peace.Sponsors: 💛 Beachy Beach Real Estate – (850) 233-4351 💛 The Final Touch Design – (850) 588-6142 💛 Bay Tax – [email protected] to Sponsor a Future Episode? We’re currently seeking sponsors for upcoming seasons of My Happy Ass Life!
