Kinesthetic Cueing

from Equalign Podcast · host Equalign Wendy Coren DC and Dave Lundquist DC

Kinesthetic cueing is how touch gets interpreted in the brain. During injury the brain will actually decrease the amount of information coming from the injured area. We use kinesiology tape to create an external kinesthetic cueing to remind the brain to pay more attention to the injured area. We use cueing our how life and now we will  make you aware of how to use to your advantage.
