knowing and KNOWING!

In this episode, we discuss the difference between knowing something and really feeling it aka KNOWING.Lots of times the first step is to acquire an understanding of it then comes the integration, sometimes this space between can be a confusing one. Where you understand it, but there are parts of you that don't totally get it or are rejecting it. This (for me at least) is the home of my spiritual ego and can be a difficult one to navigate.
