Kohberger vs. Idaho: Will a Possible Post-Hunter Appeal be the Route to Transparency? (Opinion)

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment quoting and citing to it while discussing the lack of transparency in the long-closed criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger and ask the rhetorical question of whether a possible future appeal might be the route to learning exactly what happened behind the scenes in the h ighly-sealed case? Also addressed in the Supreme Court's pending ruling in Hunter vs. United States dealing with appellate waivers.The rhetorical question is also discussed raising pure opinions, comments and speculation as to whether this might change the legal climate should Mr. Kohberger the defendant in Idaho v. Kohberger seek at some point in future to challenge his appeal waiver set forth within his plea agreement.
