Episode 72 of Strong Enough Podcast brings back Konisa Rhone. Konisa shares about a recent traumatic event she experienced, and she describes how she immediately took steps to forgive her assailant, shed the label of victim, and take back her power. Konisa talks about how she was able to view the event from outside of her own perspective to realize it wasn't about her, but about another person's journey and wrong decision made.  During this episode, Konisa discusses our reactions during trauma and why they may not be what we expect. She also shares what she would say to her assailant if given the opportunity, and she shows her strength and light in her immediate reactions after the event and moving forward.
