He currently holds the worlds fastest ever recorded 70.3 time at 3:29:04, a bronze medal at the 2015 European Championships, came 13th place at the Rio de Janerio Olympic Games. It is his more recent success that shows his true class. Multiple podiums across the 2018 season, and a constant feature in the SLT top three, Kristian is truly one of the worlds best. If your one of those athletes that are goal driven and just know that you are capable of doing anything you set your mind to, then I think you will really resonate with Kristian. So let’s dive in to today’s episode and let’s hear all about his experiences racing in Super League, the Olympics, and being one of the big names in Triathlon that represent Norway! And be sure to have a pen and paper ready to jot down his race tips and motivational messages because it is definitely a rare opportunity to get to listen to a guy like this speak about his racing and training!
