Après la position allongée, place aujourd’hui à la position assise ! Respirer en position assise  ? D'abord, en position assise, il faut s'asseoir sur un petit support et les jambes croisés, en tailleur. Il faut qu'on ait l'impression d'avoir une extension vertébral. Ensuite, on va observer la respiration. Il est possible que nous ayons les hanches dures ou de la raideur dans les épaules et le bas du dos. Comment observer le souffle ? On va ensuite observer le souffle spontané. On va orienter notre esprit, notre concentration vers l'observation de ce qui se manifeste. Comment les poumons se remplissent et se vident ? Comment il y a une sensation ascendante et descendante de notre souffle. Et le meilleur moyen de l'observer, c'est de regarder son nombril. La respiration se fait d'elle-même, il ne faut pas forcer. En revanche, quand nous étions allongé, nous avions ce petit support derrière la tête qui nous aidait beaucoup. Notamment pour ramener notre menton vers la gorge avec le regard vers le coeur. En position assise, il faut que l'on soit sur une assise confortable, nous allons incliner notre menton vers le bas. Cela va nous permettre d'éveiller notre colonne vertébral. Le visage est reposé et ça va permettre de réguler le débit de l'oxygène. Dans le prochain épisode, nous resterons en position assise et nous verrons comment bien expirer.Hébergé par Ausha.
