La-Starr Sneed is a single mother of 3 conditioning to be the next Gold Medalist in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. She’s a survivor of extremely abusive domestic violence relationships and has endured living in shelters and out of her own car. La-Starr is 1 of 3 African American women, in the world, competing in the Winter Olympic Games (WOG) in the category of speed skating on ice for short track.
