What is up Sats Crew, It isn't easy out on the job market right now. Even if you do land yourself a nice job, often the spigot will dry up eventually when the business changes and things get shaken up. I for one experienced a rough experience when it comes to being out of work. Once I was out of work for a while, it was extremely hard to get back in the groove again. My confidence was down, I felt deflated, and hours would go by being alone with my thoughts. While I don't have all the answers, here are some topics I go over to equip you best if you are laid off. Being laid off is one of the worst feelings in the world. It happened to me once, and lost a job before thatMy suggestion, immediately cut off everything non-essential in your lifeDon’t stay at home, go to a coffee shop or somewhere as if you are workingMake sure to not just quickly apply or apply to jobs online, but message people on LinkedInMaybe start a business and write up a business planTake time to read books you have never gotten to Sign up for a difficult race or challenge - Now is the time!Stay positive, and seek company with friends and familyNever get discouraged, take lessons and feedback and move forwardConsider getting rid of things that you have tied to debtWork out twice a day if you canTake a risk that you have always wanted to takeKeep an open mind on the possibilities that await youAccept change in your life, and get out of your comfort zone - Volunteer or pick up a temporary side jobIf you have the funds, consider travelStudy money, essentially, that is what you trade your valuable life money for anyway 8 hours a day thousands of hours a yearWhat do you think of being out of a job? I think it can be one of the worst feelings ever.
