Lament 2 - Closer to God | Laura Benn | Psalm 55

Our creator doesn't expect us to be okay all the time. That doesn't come with the subscription. As a matter of fact, Jesus said we would face trials and tribulations on this side of eternity. Why then do we always feel the need to cover up our mess and pain, rather than acknowledge our hurt, heartache, and throw ourselves at God for His ever present loving embrace? Why do we struggle so much to be vulnerable? Wherever you are on your journey of faith, we’re so glad you’re here.
