They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Romans 8:6 (NIV): “The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” Jesus, in this quiet hour where the night can feel heavy and thoughts begin to rise, I come before You honestly. This moment feels heavy—but Your mercy is new right now. I do not stay in what I feel. I return to what is true. Your compassion has not run out. Your faithfulness has not changed. Even here, even now, I am not consumed. So I allow my mind to be reset. Where thoughts have been circling, bring clarity. Where anxiety has been building, bring peace. Where I feel overwhelmed, bring stillness. Jesus, let my mind be governed by Your Spirit. Not by fear. Not by pressure. Not by what I cannot control. Life and peace belong here. So I release what has been weighing on me. I do not carry it further. I receive what You are giving—renewal, mercy, and rest. Jesús, renueva mi mente y lléname con Tu paz en esta hora. Jesus, renova a minha mente e enche-me com a Tua paz nesta hora. From São Paulo to Manila, from Los Angeles to Bogotá, across every place awake in this hour, You are present. You are restoring. You are renewing. So I settle again. I rest again. I trust again. In Your name, Jesus, my mind is at peace.
