Hoy os ofrezco una nueva entrega del Quilo de mi profe, Miguel Pocoví Mieras, Catedrático de Bioquímica y Biología Molecular, ya jubilado, pero sobre todo mi antiguo profesor de Bioquímica. Si en el programa anterior Miguel nos hablaba del olor de los quesos, hoy nos va a hablar del vino y de sus lágrimas. Cuando agitamos suavemente la copa de vino haciendo pequeños círculos para facilitar que ascienda por la pared de la copa, tras dejarla en reposo, el vino suele mostrar en las paredes de la copa un efecto que denominamos "lágrimas de vino", otros dicen que es "el llanto del vino" o "las piernas del vino".
