Last week's data

Indicators from the month of May were announced last week. ABSA and the Bureau of Economic Research's Purchasing Managers' Index was slightly lower. Naamsa's vehicle sales statistics looked much better than in May last year. The shares of consumer-oriented companies suffered on the JSE.
