Latvijā taps starptautiska studiju programma animācijā

Augstākās izglītības studiju programma animācijā vairs nav tikai sapnis, bet konkrēts projekts, pie kura strādā Kultūras akadēmijas rektors, kinorežisors Dāvis Sīmanis un animācijas filmu režisors, Mākslas akadēmijas pasniedzējs Edmunds Jansons. Ar viņiem tiekamies Kultūras rondo. Īsi pirms Ziemassvētkiem valdība pēc Kultūras ministrijas ierosinājuma deva zaļo gaismu jaunas augstākās izglītības studiju programmas animācijā izveidei un finansēšanai. Tas ir viens no taustāmākajiem ilgtermiņa ieguvumiem filmas „Straume” spožajiem panākumiem pasaulē, lai dotu stingrāku pamatu animācijas profesionāļu sagatavošanai pašu mājās. Kā top šī programma?  Izskatot Kultūras ministrijas (KM) sagatavotu informatīvo ziņojumu "Par animācijas studiju programmas izveidi un nodrošināšanu", Ministru kabinets (MK) 22. decembra sēdē lēma to konceptuāli atbalstīt, veicinot Latvijas animācijas nozares mērķtiecīgu izaugsmi, konkurētspēju, ilgtspēju un starptautisko sadarbību. KM, Latvijas Mākslas akadēmijas (LMA) un Latvijas Kultūras akadēmijas (LKA) sagatavotajā informatīvajā ziņojumā iekļauts risinājums, kas paredz nodrošināt valsts budžeta finansējumu studiju programmas animācijā izveidei un īstenošanai. Piedāvātais risinājums augstākās izglītības studiju programmas animācijā izveidei paredz kopīgas starptautiskas bakalaura studiju programmas izveidi un nodrošināšanu, piesaistot nozares pārstāvjus un ārvalstu sadarbības partnerus.  LMA un LKA animācijas studiju programmas izveidei 2025. gadā tiek nodrošināts valsts budžeta finansējums 160 240 eiro apmērā, studiju vietu bāzes nodrošināšanai 2026. gadā – 25 546 eiro, bet 2027. gadā un turpmāk ik gadu – 76 637 eiro. Valsts budžeta finansējums studiju programmas izveidei un īstenošanai tiek nodrošināts, veicot iekšējo līdzekļu pārdali esošā valsts budžeta ietvaros, informē Kultūras ministrijā.
